How we report
Every campaign page states its fundraising goal and the organizer’s plan for the funds. Organizers post updates as the plan moves forward, and our updates portal gathers campaign news in one place.
How contributions are processed
Gifts are completed through the secure checkout of our payment processors, NMI and Stripe. A confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout, and our team can help with a receipt or a payment question.
How we handle your information
We collect only what is needed to process a gift, send a confirmation and reply to you. We do not sell or rent donor information. Our privacy policy and donor privacy statement describe the details, including analytics and advertising measurement.
Request a document
Tell us which document you need and, where it applies, the reporting year. For campaign-specific information, include the campaign name or link.
Help with a gift
For a receipt, a payment question or a contribution acknowledgment, send the campaign name, the payment date and the email used at checkout. Please never send card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email.
